Best Practices regarding Collaboration Tool usage
All employees should follow the ‘best practices’ for each tool are also described below in a ‘do’ and ‘don’t’ format:

Do – Ensure internet connection is working prior to meetings
Do – Dress and appear respectable if using video – e.g. Clean shirt with hair combed.
Do – Use appropriate language
Do – Come prepared to meetings
Do – Attend meetings on time
Do – Provide undivided attention towards meetings
Do – Handle debates and disagreements with dignity – e.g. remain calm and make sure everyone has an opportunity to be heard
Do – Give advanced notice if attending a meeting is no longer possible
Don’t – Multitask during meetings
Don’t – Use profanity-laced language
Don’t – Talk over people or raise one’s voice
Don’t – Display symbols of hate – e.g. white or black nationalism paraphernalia – on video communication
DO – USE COMMON SENSE when necessary

Do – Communicate regularly with one’s fellow employees
Do – Use appropriate language
Do – Handle debates and disagreements with dignity – e.g. make sure everyone has a chance to express their views in a respectable way
Don’t – Post inappropriate messages – e.g. use profanities, state falsities, etc.
Don’t – Post material that is unrelated to one’s area of expertise unless asking a question about it
Don’t – Use the platform to utter threats of violence, hate or bigotry towards fellow ALZPHARMA employees
Don’t – Post links to inappropriate content – e.g. pornography, videos and/or photos depicting graphic violence, etc.

Do – Regularly check ALZPHARMA alerts (suggested: set up app on mobile device and enable notifications to instantly receive information)
Do – Take alerts seriously and try to remember them any way possible
Do – Respond to alerts when prompted to give feedback
Do – Make sure any feedback given is honest and one’s own opinion
Don’t – Write inappropriate feedback – e.g. use profanities, state falsities or state an opinion that is not one’s own.
Don’t – Post material that is unrelated to one’s area of expertise unless asking a question about it
Don’t – Use the platform to utter threats of violence, hate or bigotry towards fellow ALZPHARMA employees
